If the product you have purchased is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Refunds (if applicable)
Returns requests must be actioned within one week of delivery.
A charge for return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
You are not entitled to a refund if you place and pay for an order and the product is sold out or inventory sells out and we are unable to immediately fulfil your order. You understand and accept stock is limited. We will work to get stock replenished and your order sent out to you as timely as possible and you understand that by placing an order online there is a chance of the product selling out and there could be a delay in receiving your goods and you agree and understand this. You will not make an order if you do not agree to this, by placing and paying for an order of Sacro you are in agreement to this term. Your patience will be appreciated in the event of this occurring.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges/Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and unable to be consumed. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at online@sacrobeverages.com and send your item to:
